Here's how my "Green Rewards Program" works...
For each mailing you receive from me with the above corner of a $20 dollar bill on it, I will provide to you a $20 rebate when you buy or sell a home with me.
It's that simple.
Save my postcards and when you are ready to buy or sell you will receive a $20 rebate for each.
A maximum of 10 postcards may be redeemed per real estate transaction. THAT'S $200 if you sell or buy, but if you sell and buy it's $400.
Start saving my postcards today. Just put them in your important home folder/file and call me when you are ready to sell or buy.
