By completing and submitting this application you authorize Indiana Realty One to pull your credit report and share it with trusted business associates in order to qualify you to either "buy" or "rent to buy" a home. By submitting your application you are not obligated to any one particular home.
When we receive your application we will first find out if it is possible for you to qualify for a low fixed rate mortgage to buy a home.
Should you not qualify for a mortgage now, we will find out what you need to do in order to obtain a mortgage within one year, and if you can now qualify for the rent to buy program.
